Since you were taken from us, you have missed so much, Gemma's 21st we took her to Euro Disney you would have loved that, Mouse's 40th, James's 40th, Cathy and Peter's baby boy Oscar, Susans's baby girl Isabella born 3 months early, she is home now and doing well, waiting for Sarah and Angela's babies, Dad will be 75 in May, he's had a few hospital visits but all well at the moment we need him around for many years to come as he is our link with you, keep your eye on him for us Cian will be a teenager in June, he's growen up so fast. getting taller, still going to Chelsea matches with Corneil, and now into fashion, you are so so missed, love you always. xx xx xx xx xx
Christmas 2011
Another Christmas without you Mum, how we miss you, each day gets harder and harder, we went to St Christophers for the turning on of the lights on the remembrance tree, looking up at your room where you spent your last Christmas , them days are still fresh in our minds who could forget being told on Christmas Eve you only had a few weeks, days even to live. On this day 44 years ago you lost your Mum, you were 28 years old, you had spent a few weeks with nanny, I was 2 and Tricia was 4, you'd only been home 2 days when you got that call that your mum had passed away she was only 53 years old and you travelled with us all the way back to Ireland.
Every year nanny was remebered you and Mary always put her anniversary in the Kilkenny People its still done to this day, and now your anniversary is put in there. I remember about 2 weeks before the 9th July you always were sad, we couldn't understand that after all these years ,you had masses said for nanny , its now after losing you that we fully understand what you were going through whether it was 1 year without your mum or 44 years you still missed her and were still asking
why your mum was taken too soon from you.
Mum I can only hope that you have been reunited with your mum, my nan, Im sending you all our love to you both and Grandad, They same time is a healer, i know its not, love and miss you always. xx xx xx
